Chinti and Parker

Those who know me know that I love fashion, so I always enjoy finding a good fashion brand that is environmentally and socially responsible while creating cute clothes. This brand, Chinti and Parker, is based out of London. Here is the description of the brand from Net-a-Porter:
"London-based label Chinti and Parker focuses on stylish staples that are sourced and manufactured in an ethical way - and each piece carries a tag listing its environmentally sound credentials. Launched by cousins Anna Singh and Rachael Wood in 2009, the brand has swiftly built a dedicated following with its super soft cotton and cashmere pants, tees and dresses."

Their stuff is pricey, but can usually be found on sale at sites like theoutnet.com. Here is some stuff currently available on net-a-porter.com

Striped Organic cotton dress, $75

Cotton and Cashmere blend dress, $115

Grey cotton tank, $28
Their website includes a lot of information about some of the ways they are trying to make their clothing ethical. Some of these ways are manufacturing most of their products in the EU, using organic cotton in their clothing and packaging materials, and committing to being a carbon neutral company.
